You would work across our homes, covering where we are short, until our new homes open and we can offer you a permanent base. It suits someone who travels happily, settles into a team quickly and would like to see how each of our homes works before putting down roots in one.

Work alongside young people in their own place, helping them pick up the everyday skills that open doors.

We're looking for a Supported Accommodation Support Worker to join our service for young people aged 16 and over, building trusting relationships and supporting each young person towards independent living. The post is at our Kirkby site.

Your role will include

  • Building positive, trusting and meaningful relationships with young people
  • Key working, including support plans, risk assessments and daily records
  • Delivering our Independent Living Programme and recording progress
  • Supporting access to education, training and employment
  • Safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of every young person
