Inside our homes

Room to grow more independent

Self-contained kitchens and living space where young people build the everyday skills for adult life.

Cooking, budgeting, keeping a home: all practised in a real setting, with support on hand whenever it's needed.

For young people aged 16 to 21, our Ofsted-regulated supported accommodation offers real-world independence with support close at hand. We shape the setting around each young person, from self-contained flats to small shared homes, so the level of support always matches where they are.

A homely environment to thrive in

The aim is simple: a safe, homely environment where a young person can thrive and build a positive sense of who they are. Every setting is physically and emotionally safe, firmly person-centred, and finished to a high standard young people are encouraged to make their own.

Support around the clock

Settings are staffed 24 hours a day, with sleep-in cover overnight from midnight to 8am. Behind every home is a creative, consistent staff team working as one, and staffing scales to the number of young people and their needs, agreed with commissioning partners.

Ways we provide it

Three routes to independence

Every young person is different, so we offer supported accommodation in the shape that fits them best.

Self-contained training flats

Individual, self-contained flats where young people practise cooking, budgeting and running a home of their own, with support on hand whenever it's needed.

Semi-independent living

Small, homely group settings with well-equipped private rooms and shared spaces, for young people who do best with a supportive team close by as they find their feet.

Step down provision

Individual support packages for those needing a higher level of support, in single-person flats we manage, with staffing that scales to need and is agreed with commissioning partners.
